 We invite you to explore our collection of educational videos covering important health topics that impact the Hmong American community. Learn about disease prevention, early detection, and healthy living through culturally relevant resources designed to empower individuals and families.

Hepatitis B and Liver Disease

This video provides education on hepatitis B infection and how it causes liver disease that can progress to liver failure and sometimes liver cancer. 

Metabolic Liver Disease

This video provides education on metabolic liver disease (previous called fatty liver disease) in the Hmong community and how to prevent and treat it. 

Alcohol Liver Disease

This video talks about how excessive use of alcohol can harm the liver and cause health problems. Frequent alcohol drinking or drinking too much alcohol at one time or binge drinking can cause harm to the liver and lead to liver disease, liver failure and some can go on to develop liver cancer.
