Volunteer Opportunities
Eastside Community Health Resource Fair
Volunteers are needed to support the Eastside Community Health & Resource Fair. This event will offer health screenings, wellness resources, and access to professionals in medical, social, educational, financial, and spiritual care.
We are looking for volunteers for various roles such as:
- Helping organize and support the free clothing corner
- Assisting with children’s arts and activity stations
- Selling raffle tickets
- Welcoming and directing attendees as needed
- Helping with general event support
Volunteers do not need medical experience. We are looking for friendly, helpful individuals who are comfortable assisting community members and supporting event activities.
Volunteer Shifts
- Shift 1: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- Shift 2: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
HHCPC 2026 Gala
On September 25, HHCPC will proudly host our Gala at the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Paul East. This special evening, themed “Rooted in Resilience, Rising for Our Future”, will celebrate our community’s journey while preparing to meet the pressing health challenges of today and tomorrow.
We are looking for volunteers for various roles such as:
- Check-in/Registration
- Guest Experience/Greeters
- Setup/Decor/Runner Support
- Silent Auction Support
- Attendee Flow/Seating Support
- Floater
Event Time: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Volunteer Shifts
- Shift 1: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Shift 2: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
HE&RT Hmong Resource Fair
HHCPC will be at the 2026 Hmong Resource Fair hosted by Hmong Education & Resources Today (HE&RT). This event will offer health screenings, wellness resources, and logistical and administrative support for Fairview’s community flu shot clinic.
We are looking for volunteers for various roles such as:
- Helping with event setup and teardown
- Assisting community members with completing medical forms
- Interpreting, if able
- Helping manage clinic flow and directing attendees
- Providing a welcoming and helpful presence
- Supporting general event needs as assigned
Volunteers do not need medical experience. We are looking for friendly, helpful individuals who are comfortable assisting community members and supporting event activities.
Volunteer Shifts:
- Shift 1: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Shift 2: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
